Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 03.10.2019, in Crime No.840 of 2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
