The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 04.07.2024 in the bail application Crl.O.P.No.15641/2024 in Cr.No.117/2024 that the petitioner should sign before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 am., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
