ORDER

The Writ petition has been filed claiming settlement of terminal benefits.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband was serving in the Second respondent University as Assistant Executive Engineer and died on 09.07.2024 while he was in service. However, the 2nd respondent has not released terminal benefits for the husband of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 22.07.2025 to the respondents. However, there is no response from the respondents.

3. At this Juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Court without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025 according to its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
