ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu Venkatesan, son of Chennarayan, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been arrested in connection with the case in Crime No.284 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 354 and 506(i) IPC, by the second respondent and remanded to custody.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
