2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent-1.

3.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay of 510 days in filing the restoration petition is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the mater on 24.02.2023.
