This application has been filed seeking leave to file reply statement to the written statement filed by the defendant. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application it had been stated that the defamatory statements made by the defendant are not true and it had also been stated that reference to various criminal cases are not directly germane to decide the issues raised in the suit. But however, since such allegations have been made in the written statement necessity has arisen to file a reply statement.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the defendant also. 4.Let me give necessary leverage to both the plaintiff and the defendant to state all that they want to state during the course of evidence and at any rate, no evidence can be taken on record without there being necessary pleadings and on that ground, I would permit the reply statement to be taken on record. This Application is allowed.
