This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on para 5 relating to deposit of the cheque amount, which has been ordered vide order, dated 25.07.2024 made in Crl. M.P. No.4206 of 2024 in Crl.

3. This Court is not convinced with the aforesaid submissions and there being no other material to take a different view, no case is made out for modification and accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
