ORDER

Thi sWrit Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, to refund the security deposits with interest being the refundable security deposits made by the petitioner for the purpose of commissioning solar power plant.

2. It is not disputed that the petitioner has commissioned the solar power plant and it is working. The liability of the first respondent to pay is also not in dispute.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation submitted that the petitioner has to submit the original Noted for Record Letter and the Commissioning Certificate in order to enable the respondents to act upon the request made by the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the original documents will be submitted before the respondents.

5. Considering the same, there will be a direction to the first respondent to refund the security deposits with appropriate interest as provided in the contract if there is no legal impediment, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
