O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3), 109 of BNS on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. For non compliance of the bail condition, the petitioner was arrested on 15.07.2025.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to ill health, the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition, after scrupulously reporting before the respondent police for 32 days. However, it is also stated that the petitioner was arrested for NDPS offence thereafter. Hence, he could not report before the respondent police. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 30.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2148 of 2025 with condition that he should report before the respondent police daily. However, the petitioner from 01.03.2025 failed to comply the condition. 2/5

Hence, the bail petition was filed for cancellation of bail on 15.05.2025 and he was secured on 09.07.2025. The petitioner was arrested only 10.04.2025 in connection with the subsequent case and therefore, the reason stated by the petitioner for not complying the condition is false.

5. This Court, on verifying the records, finds that this petitioner is having four criminal cases and he was committed one more offence while he was on bail in the present case. Furthermore, he has not complied with the bail condition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 22.08.2025 ari Note :
