ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.01.2025, wherein the petitioner is objecting for the transfer of the service connection from one pump set to another.

2. Heard Mr.P.Thirumalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Venkata Seshaiya, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and Page No.2 of 5

considering the materials placed before this Court, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 10.01.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and take decision and convey it to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
