It is brought to notice by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that Order in Na. Ka. No. 41529/G2/2017 dated 23.01.2020 has been passed by the Respondent in furtherance to the order dated 14.11.2018 in WP. No. 29955 of 2018 and the copy of the same has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. In view of the subsequent events after the filing of this Contempt Petition, nothing remains to be decided in the matter. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
