ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025

2. It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.05.2025 cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner succeeds before the civil court in the suit filed by him in OS.No.164 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District 2/4

Munsif Court, Gingee, he can claim right over the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.
