O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Annur, against the 1st respondent in S.T.C.No.324 of 2023 and arrest the 1st respondent and produce him before the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Annur. 2.The learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Annur, issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the 1st respondent, who is the accused in S.T.C.No.324 of 2023 filed for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, on 17.02.2023. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the accused was let off by the 4th respondent Police on account of the ill-health of the accused.

3.Though the act of the Inspector of Police, the 4th respondent, letting the accused to go on account on ill-health is not proper, now it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the 1st respondent has been recalled by the trial Court today.
