This Court, while disposing the above said Criminal Original Petition on 31.10.2022, directed the trial Court to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.194 of 2021, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, through her letter dated 27.04.2023 has prayed for extension of three months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.194 of 2021 pending on her file, since the order passed by this Court dated 31.10.2022 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.194 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Vellore. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. Accordingly, time is extended by further three months from today to dispose of the case in S.C.No.194 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Vellore, in order to comply with the order passed by this Court on 31.10.2022.
