ORDER
The first respondent viz., the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, had passed an order in G.O.(D) No.1585 dated 13.12.2019, rejecting the application of the petitioner herein to renew the license of his armoury. The copy of the said order has also been provided today to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
counsel appearing for the petitioner before this Court.
2. The petitioner is at liberty, if he feels it is necessary and appropriate, to question the said order by way of appropriate proceedings. However, the present writ petition seeking a Mandamus to grant license and renewal of license would not lie in view of the order passed on 13.12.2019.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his legal option in accordance with law. No costs.
