2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that vide, order, dated 23/9/2019, this Court had already appointed Mr.Atul Kumar Rahi, as a Receiver. Again, on 26/8/2020, Mr.Atul Kumar Rahi was appointed as Receiver, by mistake.

3. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that vehicle could not be secured and sought for extension of time for execution of order by the Receiver and a further time of three weeks may be granted to repossess the vehicle.

4. In view of the above, order, dated 26/8/2020 is modified as follows:- N.SATHISH KUMAR,J http://www.judis.nic.in

A.No.7011 of 2019 mvs.

Time is extended finally for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order granting power to repossess the vehicle shall automatically stand cancelled."

5. Registry is directed to issue fresh amended copy. 11/11/2020 mvs.
