O R D E R

Mr.S.Ambigapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 19.09.2019, addressed to the Joint Registrar, High Court of Madras, stating that the 5th respondent has passed G.O.Ms.No.93 dated 22.08.2019 and the respondents 1 to 4 are also agreed to provide employment, based on the above said Government Order and therefore, he wants to withdraw this writ petition.

Since the Government Order has been passed and the petitioner is not pressing this matter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The said letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry is taken on record. An endorsement to the said effect is also taken from the learned counsel for the petitioner.
