The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:- "on instructions, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition since the petitioner has furnished bail bond before learned IV MM, Saidapet and accepted."
