Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2024 and consequently, forbear the fourth respondent from interfering with the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Computer Assistant in Arakonam Panchayat Union Office as per the first respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.218/2021/BG2 dated 29.07.2024.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the fourth respondent from interfering with the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Computer Assistant in Arakonam Panchayat Union office wherein the petitioner was attempting to join the same pursuant to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 29.07.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that after the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been permitted to join work from 16.09.2024.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition except recording the submission of learned counsel for petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
