Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to dispose of the representation dated 16.04.2021 in respect of property comprised in Survey No.311, of an extent of Acre 1.42 cents (being the remaining extent of land) in Edapalayam Village, Alamadhi Panchayat, bearing patta No.157.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to dispose of the representation dated 16.04.2021 in respect of property comprised https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Survey No.311, of an extent of Acre 1.42 cents (being the remaining extent of land) in Edapalayam Village, Alamadhi Panchayat, bearing patta No.157.

2.Heard Mr.K.Venkateswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.04.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
