These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners while granting anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.NO.22508 of 2022 on 19.09.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust within fifteen days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. He would further submit that due to the petitioners' poor financial status, they are unable to comply the conditions. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

Sma 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the this Court is modified as follows: "the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order"

4. Accordingly, these Criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
