To bring on record the respondents 8 to 12 herein and the legal representatives of the deceased/first respondent viz., Ayyankutti as in S.A.No.79 of 2014 on the file of this Court.

ORDER
These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 888 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz., Mr.Ayyankutti, set aside the abatement caused due the death of the first respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in S.A.No.79 of 2014 respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title. 3/6
