This application has been filed to permit the plaintiff to mark the original acknowledgement card and postal tracking receipt of letter dated 06.05.2019 as Ex.P6 in the instant application.

2. Accordingly, acknowledgement of the letter dated 06.05.2019 omitted is to be filed during examination. Hence, the same is required to be filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the receipt of the letter has not been disputed and they have also admitted the same. Since the counsel sought for the document to be marked, the petition is ordered.

4. Post the matter before the Additional Master-II on 18.10.2023.
