This application has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21804 of 2022 on 19.09.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Additional Mahila Judicial Magistrate - II, Bhavani, Erode District on the 1st working day of every month for the period of two months and thereafter the dates fixed by the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
