This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14463 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner appeared before the respondent police for observing the condition. However, respondent police had not permitted the petitioner to observe the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner had observed the condition only for two days ie., on 05.092023 and 06.09.2023. Thereafter, he did not observe the condition.

Taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The respondent police is directed to facilitate the observance of the condition without giving room for any allegations that have been made now.
