This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.16921 of 2023 dated 13.03.2024.

Mr.K.Krishnamoorthy, Assistant Commissioner, Koyambedu, was present at the time of hearing.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that both the parties were called for enquiry and their statements were recorded and the complaint has been closed since it was a landlord-tenant dispute and the parties were advised to work out their remedy before the competent Court.
