This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2266 of 2019, dated 28.01.2019.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2266 of 2019 dated 28.01.2019 has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed, however, the petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
