O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to initiate contempt proceedings for non compliance with the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.22394 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024, whereby this Court directed the 1/3

fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the report forwarded by the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, by rectifying the mistake in issuance of patta, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22394 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 has been complied with and he also produced the proceedings of the third respondent in n#11/e-3576534/2025 dated 28.08.2025 to that effect.

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The proceedings of the third respondent dated 28.08.2025 shall form part of this order. 17.09.2025 ham 2/3
