This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the records in Crime No.407 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.407 of 2019, investigation has been completed, final report has been filed and the same is taken in C.C.No.196 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamallee which ended in acquittal.
