ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38054 of 2024.

The learned Special Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court dated 08.01.2025, the entire DCRC amount was settled in favour of the petitioner. However, the interest amount was not settled and the same will be disbursed within a period of four weeks. 3.
