[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] The petitioner has stated that, notice sent to the 3rd respondent was returned unserved with an endorsement "vacated from the premises". Since the petitioner is not aware of the correct address of the 3rd respondent, he seeks permission of this court to take notice through substituted service by way of paper advertisement. 2.Having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the petitioner shall take notice to the 3rd respondent through paper publication on or before 31.10.2022. The publication should specifically read that the writ petition will be posted for hearing on 14.11.2022.
