The appellant has filed the above petition seeking to substitute service in respect of the 2nd respondent, through paper publication in anyone of the Local newspaper pertaining to the place of the 2nd respondent.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions are ordered.

3. This petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take notice to the 2nd respondent through substituted service by way of paper publication in any one of the tamil daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 31.10.2023.

4. Post the main appeal on 08.11.2023 for filing proof of service.
