This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the orders passed in Spl.S.C.No.65 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court (POCSO Act), Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
