[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Murugan @ Mukkuttu Murugan S/o.Balakrishnan, Hindu, aged 38 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under orders of second respondent passed in C3/D.O/62/2019 dated 06.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in C3/D.O/62/2019 dated 06.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4362, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 30.10.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
