When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's Institute was granted recognition by the second respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
