ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner has filed a revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 on 23.12.2021, aggrieved by the order of dismissal, dated 20.05.2021 passed by the 2nd respondent. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said revision.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's revision petition filed under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's revision petition, dated 23.12.2021, preferred against the order of dismissal, dated 20.05.2021 passed by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
