..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertained to the impugned G.O.(Ms).No. 145 of Co-operation, Food & Consumer Protection Department (CE1) dated 29.12.2016 issued by the 1st Respondent and quash the same, further direct the Respondents to prepare a regular panel of Deputy Registrars of Co-operative Societies for promotion to the category of Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies for the year 2016-17 as per rule 1/4
4(a) of General rules, and approve the same and consequently to promote the petitioner notional from anterior dates, the dates on which the petitioner would have been promoted as Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies had the panel for promotion to joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies been prepared every year and promotions made in accordance with law and to fix the petitioner's basic pay in the promoted post accordingly from that respective anterior date and pay the arrears. ORDER
The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner were redressed and she was promoted to the post of Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies in G.O.Ms.No.173 dated 11.12.2017.
2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been promoted to the post of Joint Registrar, no further adjudication is required. However, if any other grievances exists for the petitioner, it is left open to her to approach the competent authorities in the manner known to law.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 2/4
