Learned counsel for the petitioners would aver that the accident took place on 08.12.2014, in which the petitioners lost their son. Thereafter, they are struggling to meet day-to-day expenses, and due to financial constraints, they are not in a position to arrange for the Court fee to prefer the appeal. 2.Mr.D.Nithin, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. He would submit that he does not have any serious objection in allowing the above petition.
3.Accepting the averments made by the petitioners in the affidavit enclosed with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 1667 days shall stand waived. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.118758 of 2024 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
