Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents 1 to 4, for their wilful disobedience to the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 22.07.2015 and made in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.21850 of 2015.

O R D E R

The Contempt Petition is filed against the interim order passed by this Court on 22.07.2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.21850/2015.

2.This Court passed an order for grant of approval of appointment of Teachers. The fact remains that the interim order was passed by this Court on 22.07.2015 and the Contempt Petition is now filed on 9th March 2017, after a lapse of about 2 years.

3.Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in the miscellaneous petition at the time of final hearing of the writ petition and the Contempt Petition is filed beyond the period of one year as contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and therefore, this Court si not inclined to entertain the Contempt Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
