This petition has been filed to conduct further investigation in Crime No.430 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police, for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 341, 506(i) of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the second respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.430 of 2016 and also file a final report included the offence under Section325 of IPC as against the accused persons before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
