This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1176 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in respect of Crime No.1176 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, charge sheet has been laid and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.244 of 2018, which is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, and hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
