Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to include the names of the legal heirs of late Mr.S.Sathiyachandran and late Miss.Radha Srinivasan in the Joint Patta No.304 in respect of the properties comprised in survey Nos. 18, 19, & 20, situate at Seevaram Village, Solinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, measuring an extent of 1 Hectare and 8.34 Ares, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
