PRAYER IN W.P.No.7146 of 2012 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constituion of India praying for the issuance of writ of Certiorari, To call for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.182, Part II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.461 dated 16.12.2011 in relation to Plot No.284 in VGP Vinoth Town Part IV situate in No.174 Vadakal Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No.157/1A1 measuring 2400 sq.ft. belonging to the petitioner herein quash the same in so far as the petitioner land concerned.

No.1710 of 2017 as that of these writ appeals was allowed by judgment dated 01.02.2018 passed by this Court.
2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellant submitted that since the issue raised in these present appeals has already been decided in favour of the appellants on the basis of the earlier order dated 01.02.2018 passed by this Court in W.A. No.1710 of 2017, these writ appeals may be disposed of. 3.Recording the submission made by both the learned counsel, these writ appeals stand disposed of. Consequently, connected C.M.Ps are closed. No costs.
