This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.11506 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6907 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 for deposit of Rs.25,000/- and executing the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 30.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
