ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation to the second respondent as per the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 04.08.2022 in pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Washermenpet District had already transferred the complaint to the file of the Central Crime Branch (Job Racketing team). To substantiate the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the copy of the proceedings, dated 04.08.2022. It is seen that after the above proceedings, there has been absolutely no improvement and the file has not reached the CCB. 2/5

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to bring certainty to the complaint that has been given by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, CCB (Job Racketing), Chennai along with all the relevant documents. The concerned officer shall allot this case to the concerned team and the investigation shall be proceeded in accordance with law.
