The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in E.A.No.9 of 2019 in E.P.No.12 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2014, on the file of the learned District Munisf, Dharapuram and transfer the same to any other District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that he received an information from the learned counsel, who appearing before the Trial Court that the case itself was disposed of. Therefore, the question of transfer does not arise at all.
