Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this writ petition is relating to the year 2017 - 18 and, therefore, the prayer in this writ petition itself became infructuous. However, liberty may be granted to give fresh application for the B.A., B.Ed., courses.

2. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous, with liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
