In this C.M.P., this Court on 27.09.2019 had passed a conditional order to pay 50% of the admitted rental arrears to the extent of Rs.58,750/- to the credit of E.P.No.11 of 2018 and to produce the receipt to that effect before this Court on 03.10.2019.

2.Accordingly, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a memo along wtih the original receipt given by the Court below, which shows that the said amount of Rs.58,750/- has been deposited in the said E.P. account.

3. The deposit is hereby recorded. Since the conditional order passed by the court has been complied with, this C.M.P., is allowed condoning the delay of 393 days in representing the CRP SR.No.60093 of 2018 (Registry is directed to correct the year of the CRP SR.No., which has been wrongly entered in the ordered dated 27.09.2019, as if it is CRP SR.No.60093 of 2019).

4. Registry is further directed to number the CRP, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission. 03-10-2019 kst http://www.judis.nic.in
