Crl.M.P.Nos.5165 and 5166 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.Nos.1586 and 1016 of 2017 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

The private complainant before the trial Court, Dhadha Khan died pending the revisions and hence the legal representatives have filed these petitions to bring them on record as respondents 2 to 4.

2. The factum of the death of the private complainant and the proposed parties being the L.R's of the deceased are evident from the Legal Heir Certificate issued by the jurisdictional Tahsildar dated 01.07.2021.

3. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.Nos.5165 and 5166 of 2023 are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 13.06.2023.
