ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give permission to the petitioner to use loud speaker and provide necessary protection for the "Maha Kumbabishegam" of "Arulmigu Periyandavar Angalaparameaswarari Thirukoil" at Sri Mushnam, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District, which is scheduled from 03.11.2016 to 06.11.2016.

2. It is seen that the petitioner made a representation dated 26.10.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking permission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the conduct of "Maha Kumbabishegam" of "Arulmigu Periyandavar Angalaparameaswarari Thirukoil" at Sri Mushnam, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District from 03.11.2016 to 06.11.2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, since the permission itself is for the programme from 03.11.2016 to 06.11.2016.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
